Overcome Concerns in Property Investing

"I know investing in property is a sound decision, but I am worried about tenants not paying their rent or damage to a property!"

You are not alone – this is a very common concern and one that often stops people getting into property….

To be honest, who could just jump into a hot air balloon and up, up and away? Getting started in property is much like that, a little bumpy, you can’t just do it, you need to learn, collaborate and find people to work with……

But once you do it is an amazing experience 🙂

You will be pleased to know that you can still benefit from property, without getting your hands dirty, owning a property, worrying about tenants and the burden of both past and current legislative changes from the UK Government.

Sounds too good to be true?

You may well have heard of “armchair investing”, “Angel Investor”, Fixed Term Returns and Joint Ventures; these are just a few of the ways you can benefit from property without ever having to step foot inside one (unless you want to of course)!

What is a Joint Venture? What is a the FTR Option?

A Joint Venture is where one or more parties come together to enter into a business opportunity – sharing both the risk and the rewards. With varying levels of involvement and skills sets, money, time and experience.

A FTR is where “you” the angel investor (or armchair investor sitting comfortably at home) loan an agreed sum of money to a property investor for a fixed duration, with a fixed return on the loan. All established under a loan agreement and with the loan secured against the property being purchased – often called a “First Charge”.

The main difference between the two is the level of risk and your involvement across the two options.
